How long does an Exercise Metabolic Test take?
If you are NOT a Genesis client and we have no initial information about you such as health history, weight, body composition, etc., we schedule an hour for gathering this information and then conducting the basic test. We try to achieve Anaerobic Threshold within 8-12 minutes of physical work, and a VO2max test will likely take longer. Since the interpretation of the testing data takes additional time and evaluation, we schedule a Follow-Up Consultation to explain your test results and provide you with your customized performance program.
