The tendonitis will take a lot longer to heal than the sprain. The fact that you are still having pain near the elbow and into the middle of your arm is a clear indicator that it is still very inflamed. Without treatment there is really no telling how long it will take to heal. Until you see your doctor you can take Advil or Ibuprofen for pain, use ice for 20 minutes at a time, keep it elevated above your heart, and try to rest it as much as you can.
