How long does a session stay active if no one enters any data or saves?
The Online Prior Authorization system will timeout after 60 minutes of inactivity. A longer timeout is needed to accommodate lengthy requests. Due to this timeout restriction, users should exercise caution and log out of the Online Prior Authorization system when not actively using the application to search for or enter data.
