How long does a Henna Tattoo last?
A good dark henna tattoo will last one to two weeks for people who take good care of their design. Henna works by staining layers of the skin. The longer you leave the paste in place and the hotter the skin gets, the more the pores open to accept the dye & the deeper the finished color. The deeper the color, the longer the tattoo will remain visible.
Your natural henna tattoo will last between 1-6 weeks and your colored henna tattoo will last between 2-10 days depending on how it is applied and where it is applied. Areas of the skin that tend to be more oily will have shorter lasting results.
