How long does a hamsters memory last?
I think a very long time. I’ll tell you why. My hamsters (the ones I didn’t sell) are really well behaved and extremely happy, they work well together, love each other to bits. A few months ago, I went to Scotland for a month to look after an ill family member, and put my breeding on hold and my Brother stayed at my apartment to look after them all. After a week of me gone, my Hamsters started to fight, my Brother thought it was just play and ignored it, but then realised it was becoming a bit aggressive, he banged on the cage whenever they started fighting, but it didn’t break them apart. Then they started biting anyone who picked them up or tried to touch them. When I finally came home, he told me this, at the time, I didn’t believe him, I picked them up, didn’t get bitten and put them back, told my Brother not to be silly and went to unpack my stuff.
