Hello Although you got no points you will have a Conviction Code Number, Court Code, Date of Conviction or Offence and presumably the Fine. The offence code and penalty points will be shown on your driving licence and must stay there for four or eleven years depending on the offence. So the conviction Code Number must remain for the set number of years. Check below against the Code Number DR10 DR20 and DR30 must stay on a driving licence for eleven years from date of conviction. DR40 DR50 DR60 AND DR70 must stay on a driving licence for four years from date of offence.
