if you are under 30 you may just get it back before you claim your old age pension slow is not the word!! i took my phone in for repair earlier this year they rung me and wrote to me after 4 weeks to tell me it was repaired.I went to collect it it was not repaired and it transpired it had not even been sent away. This happened 3 times in total.After verbably abusing the store manager they replaced it with a new phone.
