How long do you think a relationship should last before getting married?
marriage is a personal choice. When you think about it realistacally, it is only a piece of paper and a name change (for her if she chooses) Marriage should not change the relationship other than bringing you closer together. It doesn’t mean that one makes the rules now and the other obeys or your chores change. Some people find that if they live thier lives without getting married at all they are just as fulfilled in their relationship. Just remember a couple of things, it is easier and no matter what the cost of a wedding, it is more expensive to get out of it. And most imprtantly, time is of no essense…I also know couples that have been married only one month after meeting and have spent many wonderful happy years together.
