How long do you boil eggs, to get them perfect yellow?
Add just enough cold water to cover them. Put them over high heat until the pot just comes up to a full boil. Turn off the heat and let them sit for 12 minutes. For an easy peel, peel them right away and chill them. Or if you dont want to work with hot eggs chill them in ice water then peel them (it will be harder to peel, but not that hard).
