How long do tropical fish live?
Annual Killifish live for 1 year, whereas Clown Loaches can live over 30 years. This is a very broad question and other tropical fish fit in between that. Their lifespan will rely on their environment however. They can only live for their full lifespan if in more than adequate conditions and spoilt rotten. It will also depend on breeding, Neon Tetras used to live around 10 years, but now, due to inbreeding, general store-bought ones only last 3-5 years maximum.
