How long do the workouts last?
Training sessions last approximately 45 minutes. A typical training session will include: meal plan and progress review, warm-up, 8-10 strength and conditioning exercises, and 10-15 minutes of cardiovascular training. Our first meeting will last closer to an hour as we get to know each other, talk about your goals and previous exercise history, our philosophy, what is expected of you, and an approximately how long it will take you to reach your goals.
