How long do the UV Bulbs last and how much are they to replace?
The UV bulbs are rated to last for 9 months of constant (24 hours per day) use. The QuietClean™ air purifiers have an indicator light on the unit that will remind you when it is time to change the UV bulbs. Replacement bulbs are sold in a 2 pack because the unit requires 2 bulbs at a time. Replacement bulbs are $29.99 (Model number is HUV-135). Note: The blue light that you see with the unit is not the actual UV lights but rather a decorative light that tells you when the UV light is activated.
