Every company has different rules but, my friend, you are in a buyers market. If a company will not honour your no claims, thank them put the phone down or shut the website and move on. At some point one of the many insurance companies will agree to honour your past careful driving. Sometimes a different part of the same company will – ie Privilege sometimes does and Esure (same company) will not… As long as you have proof of no claims (your last renewal will have it stated) and a couple of hours spare, log in and click or phone and do the rounds. Negotiate with these companies!
