How long do individuals need to complete a questionnaire?

In our experience it takes between 20 and 30 minutes to complete a questionnaire of 100 questions. We would normally allow four weeks for a group of individuals to complete their own questionnaires, select respondents and agree with them that they are happy to complete a questionnaire on their behalf, to nominate their respondents, for the respondents to complete and for the final reports to be completed.
