How long do I have to return my JumperTel™ for a refund?
Our return policy is 30 days. • Replacementr Policy JumperTel™ will provide a 90 day warranty from defective parts. If your JumperPhone 100™ is defective, you must notify customer service via email at csr@jumpertel.com in order to receive an RMA. The warranty applies to JumperPhone™ purchases on amazon.com or JumperTel.com and must meet these requirements. • You must notify us to receive a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) • You must return your equipment within 14 days after you receive an RMA • All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. • All components must be included. You are responsible for return shipping. Equipment returned without a valid RMA number will not be eligible for the JumperTel™ warranty replacement.
