How long do I have to make an appeal, against a refused placing request?

0

An appeal must be made within 28 days of receipt of the refusal, or in the case of a deemed refusal, within 28 days of 30 April or two months following the date of receipt of the request, whichever is the later. If no appeal has been lodged, the Authority will assume that its decision has been accepted.
