How long do I have to keep a student employed if I participate in the Cooperative Work Experience Education program?
Typically we would like to see a student remain working and enrolled for the entire semester. However, no employer is obligated in any way to keep a student for any length of time. The Job Placement & Cooperative Education Office encourages employers to interact with students exactly as they would with regular employees.
