Mercer maintains and provides access to three calendar years of survey data in Mercer PayMonitor. For example, if 2002, 2003 and 2004 are available for the Human Resource Management Survey, in 2005, the 2002 version of the survey would be removed from Mercer PayMonitor. Of course, at any time while the survey is online, you are able to query, view and export survey statistics as often as you like.
