How long do customers have to approve my article? What if they don’t within the time frame?
To be paid for an order it must be approved by the customer. If the order is not approved you will not be paid. Customers have 72 hours to approve an order or request a revision, if the customer does not act within 72 hours, the order will be automatically approved. If an order is not approved by payday (Monday), you will not get paid for that order until the following week.
