About 2.5yrs but it seemed longer, and the worse thing was, I had to wear Quadhelix Braces beforehand (to expand the upper set of teeth) – more pain and discomfort.

I never had braces but I’ve heard terrible things about the discomfort. My wife had braces as an adult and had to wear them for a year.
