How long did it take, and how difficult was it, to make the first two Kung Fu Legends?
• The first Kung Fu Legends took a total of 9 months, when you include all the time it took to plan, film, and edit. However, since it was filmed during the school year, the crew had to take a lot of breaks in between production for whatever reasons. Also, the first Kung Fu Legends was a great venture and a big step up from what we normally did, and we kind of jumped into it without knowing exactly what to do. We ran into quite a bit of technical problems as well, including faulty camera equipment, trouble with codecs, etc. • For Kung Fu Legends 2, although there were more complicated martial arts scenes, intense special effects, deeper plot, and was generally a longer movie, production time only totaled to about 3 months (including planning phase, filming, and editing). Because the filming and editing was done during the summer, we were able to commit most of our time to the project, and filmed almost all day, everyday. Also, after learning what worked and what didn’t from the first K
