The SMAC Express Card can be used to earn points and avail of privileges up to a maximum of 4 months, from the date of purchase. The validity of the card is printed on the lower right hand corner of the card. • What happens if the SMAC Express I purchased is defective? If the SMAC Express card is found defective within 1-month from date of purchase, it will be replaced for free. If more than 1 month and MAF has been submitted, member will be advised to go to the SM Advantage Counter to check if permanent card is already available. If not, card will be replaced for free. • Can a lost or damaged SMAC Express be replaced? SMAC Express Card is non – replaceable when lost or damaged.
