How long can the participant leave the web page open for before they are logged out? If they are logged out, is the data up to that point recorded?
The survey pages will not expire if the page is left open by a survey recipient. If the browser is closed by a respondent at any point during the survey process, the only survey answers that will be lost will be those filled in since the last click of the NEXT or BACK buttons at the bottom of the survey pages.
