• The City granted the district a variance which allowed the district to construct the existing portable. The variance is currently expired. However, the existing portable can stay as long as it is maintained and the City does not seek to enforce the expiration of the variance, which they currently said they will not do. The problem with this portable is that it is not connected to the building and does not house enough students to keep up with our expanding student population.
