A. The free trial conference room can be used for a period of ninety days from the date of registration. The free trial conference room includes almost all of the features found in the subscriber version, including document sharing and video, voice, and text chat conferencing. The subscriber version includes communication controls for participants with special privileges, and conference room management tools for making reservations, sending E-mail notices, and mailing list management.
