How long can I leave Norfields Magnetic Therapy Products in Place?
Initially, leave the magnets in place for 2-3 hours, gradually increasing in increments of 2 hours every second day until being left on affected area for up to 12 hours daily. (However, the MAGNETIC Blanket should only be used for a few hours a day.) You should check your horse daily and remember not to apply Magnetic Therapy Products to a fresh injury in the first 48 hours. Ice first and cool out a fresh trauma. As symptoms improve, usage time may be reduced to a few hours a day. If symptoms reoccur, return to the original application schedule.
