How long can I keep yogurt out of the refrigerator?
I’ve eaten yoghurt that’s been out of a fridge for over a day and it’s been fine! 🙂 Suppose it depends on the type of yoghurt, but 4 hours is certainly fine! You’ve just gotta determine yourself whether it’s been in warmth for too long or not – out in the sun for 4 hours would be a a bit dodgy, but in a cool lunchbox it’d be no problem! If you wanted your yoghurt to be cooler, you could use one of those freezer packs and put in your lunchbox with your food. That would keep everything nice n cool 🙂 If you dont have one of these, fill a sandwich bag with a bit of water and freeze it, then put the frozen bag in with your yoghurt.
