How long can I expect to wait before receiving a piece of analysis?
We aim to complete all requests as quickly as possible and currently have a 100% performance record for achieving our deadlines. We are sometimes unable to complete requests on time due to 3rd parties not sending us data but we will always communicate with customers as soon as we are aware that there is going to be a problem.
