How long can I expect my cats upper respiratory infection to last?
The cat should start feeling better within 3 to 5 days. BUT, your Vet should have told you what to expect. Two of our four cats have had URI’s in the past and the Vet always says they may look and feel better in a few days, but to keep giving them the antibiotics for 10 days. If you’re unsure the best thing I could tell you to do would be to call the Vet and ask them how long it will take and how long to give the medication.
