How long can I expect a sealcoating job to last?
There are too many factors to give an absolute specific answer to that question. The amount of traffic the parking lot receives, the type of traffic and how snow is removed are the primary determining factors of sealcoat wear. Battaglini Sealcoating tailors the job to each lot. High traffic parking lots receive three (3) coats in the traffic lanes in addition to the primer coat. This helps to promote more even wear. You can typically expect your lot to last 3 to 5 years before you would need to reapply sealer.
