Termination really does not factor into workers comp. I am assuming from your question, that you already receive W/C. As long as you continue to meet the definition of disability (per w/c) you will continue to receive w/c. Benefits do not end because you are terminated. If that was the case, every employer would fire everyone who files for workers comp.
