How long can Cardholder Security Plan benefits last?
You can receive benefits for Hospitalization, Total Disability, Involuntary Disability, Involuntary Unemployment, or Unpaid Family Leave of Absence for up to 12 months per event. To continue receiving benefits, every month you will need to provide updated proof-of-loss forms and meet the qualifications outlined in the Addendum to the Cardholder Agreement.
