How long can beverages mixed with SimplyThick® be left out at room temperature?
At room temperature, beverages thickened with SimplyThick® brand gel thickener, a storage time of no more than 4 hours is recommended. If kept cool and below 41ºF (5ºC), i.e. kept out in the open with thickened ice cubes in it, the thickened beverage can be safely stored for 4 hours after the ice cubes melt.
