You should be able to claim all of it, so long as you can prove you worked all those hours and didn’t get paid for all of it. You can contact ACAS, Citizens Advice or a solicitor, many of which will give you 1/4 to 1/2 hr free consultation, or join a union and get them to assist you in getting your money as well as better conditions where you’re not bullied. If you’re paid into your bank you can get copies of all your statements. It may cost a fiver or so and it’ll take a few days. You’ll need payslips and your contract saying that you get paid for overtime. If you have timesheets or clock cards that will help in proving the hours that you worked.
