How long can artificial nails be worn and how soon can I apply a new set?
We recommend that nails not be worn for longer than 7 days. Although each individual wear is different for every customer, keeping the nails on for extended periods of time is not advised. The glue will begin to break down during wear with exposure to water and temperature changes causing gaps to occur underneath the artificial nail. These gaps, along with nail growth at the cuticle, may form an opening for moisture and bacteria to enter. To avoid susceptibility to the possibility of a mold growth, we suggest properly removing artificial nails after 7 days of wear and replacing with a fresh set almost immediately if desired! Please remember to follow steps for proper removal as well as proper application.
