How long can a woman stay after a miscarriage before starting all over again on trying to conceive ?

I have had cases where a woman has gotten pregnant within 2 weeks of a miscarriage. The loss of a child is very emotional and they feel like they are missing something. Normally I would ask a patient to wait until they have had at least 1-2 normal menstrual cycles because that is letting your body know that it is back to normal. Miscarriages happen for many reasons (example)so if a woman should get pregnant right away from a miscarriage after the placenta ripped away, not only does she have a higher % of miscarriage again but she now will have a higher % of endangering herself. Mentally I think a woman should wait until they have accepted the loss and talk with there partner about trying again…once they have done that I think it makes it easier on there emotions in becoming parents…the worry will always be there so having extra doubts cause a lot of stress. Every woman is different but I would at least wait until my body was ready and not my heart…
