How long can a small turtle go with out eating?
< Not too long depending on the temperature> I have a small slider and he has not eaten in over a month. I take him out in the sun/shade every day his water is clean and filtered he has a basking light when he’s inside he’s active but he will not eat I have tried everything from turtle food to apples, lettuce, treats it breaks my heart. I have called every vet in this area but only one takes care of turtles and they are gone for another month. What else can I do? Thank You, Janet Makinen
