A. Until they either sell the property, take it off the market or contract with you to sell it for them. SeeMyListing.com is a “For Sale By Owner” website and we won’t allow Realtor listings or listings where the seller has a Realtor working for them. The only exception is when a FSBO seller has a “Flat Rate MLS” listing that allows the seller to find a buyer themselves and not pay the Realtor a commission. In this case the seller still has the option to sell their property “By Owner”.
