Generally, one-way tickets are good for ninety days, and round-trip tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase. However, some specially priced tickets are valid for different lengths of time, and are marked or sold accordingly. Be sure and ask agents for special fares before you purchase your tickets.

An expiration date is printed at the bottom of the ticket that says “VALID UNTIL” in bold lettering with a date. If you are unsure of the expiration date, call the Information Center at 1-800-639-8080. Expired discount or multi-ride tickets are not eligible for a refund.

Your ticket has an expiration date printed on the bottom of the ticket (says “VALID UNTIL” in bold lettering and a date) unless you have a manual ticket. If you have a manual ticket, a good rule of thumb is (some tickets are different): one-way, 60 days, round-trip, 1 year. As always, some tickets are different. If you are unsure, call the Information Center at 1-800-639-3317.
