How long are the rental listings valid for?
Residence rentals (which include long-term apartments, homes, condos, and townhomes) are valid for 4 months. Apartment complexes listings are valid for 12 months. Vacation Rentals are also valid for 12 months. We send property owners periodic email reminders that their property listing is expiring at certain intervals. Do you list apartment rentals or just vacation rentals? Both. We allow property owners to list both long term rentals and vacation rentals. They will designate whether it is a long-term rental or vacation rental when the listing is created. Also, click on the “advanced search” bone to specify your search criteria as residence, vacation, or apartment complex. I accidentally deactivated my listing (or ad). What do I do?
