Eligible patients can be enrolled in the Neulasta FIRST STEP™ Program for their entire course of chemotherapy. Once treatment is completed, eligible patients may reapply for program benefits in a subsequent course of chemotherapy, if needed. Note: Clinics or institutions only need to enroll once. Call 1-888-NL-STEP-1 (1-888-657-8371) between 9 AM and 8 PM EST to enroll.
