Poured plaster molds are kept for 90 days and digital scans are kept indefinitely; however, we recommend recasting the patient every 6 months due to minute changes that can occur in the foot. If you are confident that there has been no appreciable change to the patient foot, we will be happy to remake custom inserts from your previous mold.
