There is NO vaccine for Hepatitis C & there is NO Cure! There is however a vaccine for Hepatitis A & B According to the CDC protective levels of antibody to hepatitis A virus could be present for at least 25 years in adults and at least 14–20 years in children. For Hepatitis B recent studies indicate that immunologic memory remains intact for at least 23 years and confers protection against clinical illness and chronic hepatitis B virus infection. There is no such thing as chronic Hep-A. Therefore,if you get it and recover you are immune.
