GRE test scores are valid for five years. TOEFL test scores valid for two years. The Educational Testing Service (ETS) states that scores older than five years/two years no longer reflect the abilities of the applicant. ETS’ policy, effective with the October 1985 test, is to report scores only until September 30 following the fifth anniversary of the GRE test date and following the second anniversary of the TOEFL test date. If ETS cannot provide an official copy, students will need to repeat the GRE or TOEFL and have an official score reported to the Division of Graduate Studies. GMAT scores are valid for five years from Pearson Vue.
