How long are FKA workshops?
Workshop length varies from 1 to 5 days in duration. Hours each day are usually 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • What do I need to bring with me? For our Instructional Techniques and CTT+ programs you will need to bring any materials or props you wish to use for your practice teach sessions. All other materials you need for the workshops will be provided by FKA. You may also wish to bring a sweater or jacket to the program as room temperatures can vary by facility. • Will I receive anything before the workshop? Yes, each participant will receive a pre-course survey, as well as location and facility information. Pre-course surveys can also be completed on-line. • How many other participants will be in the workshop? To maintain effective group dynamics FKA keeps all workshops at a manageable size. Generally programs do not exceed 25 participants. Instructional Techniques programs have a maximum of 12 participants per class.
