For eFax Plus® and eFax Pro™, faxes in the Message Center have lifetime storage with no size limits. If you have an eFax Free account, your messages will be stored online for 30 days. To upgrade to eFax Plus®, log in to eFax® My Account and click Upgrade My Account.
