Membership rewards • The complimentary tickets you receive at the start of your membership are valid for six months. If you receive additional rewards, these will be valid from the date you receive them until the end of the 12-month membership period. You can view the expiry dates of your complimentary tickets on your ‘escape’ account summary page.
