Applications will remain active for 6 months for non-hired employees. If hired, the application is put into their personnel file.

Applications are kept on file for three years after the closing date, which is the day that applications are no longer accepted for that position.

Applications are kept in an active file for one year and after that year, the application is placed in the inactive file. It is the applicant’s responsibility to call or come by to update his/her application. Once an application is more than two years old, new reference forms must be submitted.
