How long approximately does it take to potty train a puppy?
It depends on how consistent you are with the training. You can have a puppy trained by the time he/she is 4 to 6 months old. But sometimes puppies can be stubborn and will never be potty trained its whole life .Generally small breeds are the most difficult to potty train. Just take the puppy out every 2 hours and basically every time she wakes up from a nap or first thing in the morning. Take the puppy out after every meal and after drinking huge amounts of water. Keep the puppy on a persistent feeding schedule and take her out to the same spot out side every time. always walk her to the spot so she knows how to get from point “A” to point “B”. Give lots of praise whenever she does it correctly.
