Sono Bello’s technique is gentle, and because only local anesthesia is used you should recover quickly. Some patients go back to work the same day. The recovery period after Micro Laser and Ultrasound Body Sculpting is similar to a good, hard workout. You will feel good the day of the procedure, but will most likely wake up with a bit of soreness the next day. You can take Ibuprofen or Tylenol if you like and recovery is aided by light exercise, like walking. Where applicable we also provide a compression garment which can help to minimize discomfort and should be worn for the first three to four days. Some patients choose to wear the compression garment during exercise or strenuous activities (when skin is likely to jiggle) for a few weeks after the procedure.
